What's the job As Assistant Night Manager, you’ll support the Night Manager in coordinating and overseeing all hotel operations during the night shift. Your key focus will be guest safety and security, along with the accurate and timely completion of the night audit. Your day to day Deliver exceptional guest service by assisting with enquiries, managing check-ins/outs, overseeing night audit procedures, and ensuring smooth overnight operations. Monitor hotel safety, standards, and cleanliness through regular inspections, handling complaints, supporting Front Office procedures, and coordinating with the Nights team for room service and breakfast box preparation. Support the Night Manager in leading the night team by supervising staff, managing handovers, maintaining accurate records (cash handling, credit checks, reports etc.), and communicating key issues for the next shift.
